Terms Of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website tonguard.org (the "Website"), including the demo request form and the abuse report form. By using the Website or submitting a form, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

Effective date: 16 September 2026.

2. What the Website is

The Website is an information resource of Tonguard, a provider of anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-transaction (KYT) solutions for crypto assets. The Website lets you learn about our products, request a demo, and report a wallet you believe is related to fraud or other unlawful activity.

3. Use of the Website

  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its forms, its server or any related system, and must not probe, scan or test its security.
  • You must not upload or submit malicious code, use the forms for spam, or automate submissions in a way that creates an unreasonable load on the Website.
  • You must not misrepresent your identity, and you must have the right to share the information you submit.

4. Abuse reports

The abuse report form is intended for reports about crypto wallet addresses that you reasonably believe are connected to fraud, sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity. Your report is reviewed by our team and may be used as a lead for further analysis; it does not create an obligation for us to add a wallet to any list, product or dataset, and does not constitute a legal finding of any kind. Please submit only information you believe to be accurate. Knowingly false reports are prohibited.

5. Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a contractual relationship. Services are provided under a separate written agreement. Prices, service scope and service levels are agreed individually.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, its design, texts, graphics, logos and other content are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing of the Website and short quotations with a reference to the source.

7. Third-party materials

The Website may link to third-party websites and services (for example, Telegram or LinkedIn). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Disclaimer

The Website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website, its availability, or its fitness for a particular purpose. Information published on the Website is not legal, financial or investment advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms is always published on this page, with the effective date shown above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator of the Website. Disputes are resolved in the competent courts at the operator's location, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
