Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent checkbox in the form on tonguard.org, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms below.

Effective date: 16 September 2026.

1. Who processes my data

The data controller is Tonguard, the operator of tonguard.org. Contact for all matters related to personal data: info@tonguard.org.

2. The data I consent to be processed

  • name, company name, business email, Telegram account;
  • wallet address, selected risk tags, comment, transaction link (for abuse reports);
  • the text of the message I submit;
  • technical data of the request: IP address, User-Agent, date and time of submission.

3. Purposes of processing

  • processing and answering my demo request, including contacting me by email or Telegram;
  • receiving, reviewing and processing my abuse report, including its use in the analysis of wallet risk and in the preparation of a possible claim or risk entry;
  • protecting the form and the Website from spam, abuse and attacks.

4. Actions with the data and how it is processed

The data is processed with and without the use of automation: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer to the persons listed in the Privacy Policy (hosting provider, CDN provider, Telegram — for notifications), blocking, deletion and destruction. The Privacy Policy published at tonguard.org/privacy/ describes the process in full.

5. Term of the consent and how to withdraw it

The consent is valid for the time needed to achieve the purposes above and, for abuse reports, for up to 5 years, after which the data is deleted or anonymised. I can withdraw my consent at any time by sending a message to info@tonguard.org; after withdrawal, processing stops and the data is deleted, except for the data that must be kept to comply with legal obligations.

6. Confirmation

I confirm that the data I submit is accurate, that I am at least 16 years old, and that I am submitting the data of third parties only where I have the right to do so.
